Our PVC reinforcements are made from galvanized sheet metal with a maximum thickness of 2 mm. The manufacturing process includes cold forming from an endless strip, which is carried out on profile machines. This method ensures exceptional strength of the initial profile and leaves no visible deformation marks on the surface of the material. High dimensional, formal and geometric accuracy is maintained throughout the entire length. After the rolling process, the reinforcements are cut to the required length.

The panels used for PVC reinforcements meet EN quality standards DX51D Zn with a tensile strength of 350 – 400 N/mm2 and a zinc coating of 100 – 140 g/m2.
